Hi Victoria, Welcome to the Microsoft Community. My linksys wireless adapter worked fine in the 32 bit mode, the driver will not install in the 64 bit OS. The compatibility mode that I chose was Windows XP SP2, but I was not able to get past the “connect your device” screen in the installation process. You should give it a try. I would be grateful! If anyone has a specific bit driver for Windows XP, Vista, or 7, please let me know so that I can try to install it and get my device up and working properly.
